RETURNS POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on HEART SPADE Websites. This Returns Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions [Terms] and any capitalised terms not defined in this Returns Policy are defined in the Terms. You agree to comply with all Terms when accessing or using our Services, including this Returns Policy.

We understand that mistakes can be made when you are not able to try on garments before purchasing. If you have any problems with your items, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit.  

 

RETURN INFORMATION

You may return your item(s) providing it meets the following criteria must be:

 1. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE:

Unwore, fake tan, perfume
Unwashed
Undamaged or Stains
Unused with original condition
All original tags attached to garment
We do not offer return on earrings & other Jewellery

2. SALE ITEMS (if applicable):

Some item marked ‘FINAL SALE’ in the product description are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. THIS INCLUDE ALL ITEMS IN OUR ‘SALE’ SECTIONS

3. EXCHANGES (if applicable):

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order with your credit note.

4. NO REFUNDS:

> Online purchases are eligible for online CREDIT NOTE or an EXCHANGE.
> Items can be returned for an online CREDIT NOTE or cancel AfterPay/Zip Pay.
> We DO NOT issue Refunds for returned orders. Instead, we offer Afterpay or Zip Pay cancellations (fees may be incurred) if you used this service or a Credit Note.


5. SHIPPING RETURN COSTS:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping might be deducted from your refund. Please check on following return process below.

Your refund / exchange will not be sent until your return parcel has been processed back at our warehouse.

If the item becomes out of stock once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know however, our Returns Department will issue you a refund/credit note by default unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: The dispatch of your parcel can take approx. 10 business days.



6. RETURN DATE:

Online purchase must be returned within 21 days of original order date. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.

*Please email info@heartspade.com.au if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

 

GENERAL RETURNS

We highly recommend checking the dimensions of the item, provided in the description and term condition before purchasing an item to avoid the hassle and cost of returning an item,

We offer store credit for a change of mind or for incorrect sizing following above time frames and requirements.


CREDIT NOTE

> If you are to receive online credit note, the credits are applied to your Account.

> Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided in your HEART SPADE order (please ensure to check your junk or spam inboxes for all emails from LE MISSI if you not receive on your main inbox).

> Please allow up to 3-5 business days for store credit to be applied from the date on which we receive your items.

> Credit note are valid for 3 months before expiry.

PLEASE NOTE: HEART SPADE reserves the right to refuse return of an item if we believe it is not in the original condition as it was shipped (customer must to take response for the shipping cost).

 

MANUFACUTURED FAULT OR WRONG ITEM(s)

> If you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or incorrect order items.

> Please email us at info@heartspade.com.au with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy and attached with complete your ‘RETURN FORM’ [return form] explainging the fault and post the item back to us.

> Once approved, we will then be able to recover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip.

> If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be returned in the same manner as the original payment method. The process payment the refund as was originally used for the purchase .

> Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

> When returning a faulty or incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to us in its original condition. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

This Policy is not intended to replace or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

In compliance with Australian consumer law, HEART SPADE is not required to provide a refund as:

> Change your Mind
> Purchase wrong Size / Colors 
> Item does not fit
> Slight design / colour variation from product photos
> Found somewhere cheaper
> Change of mind returns
> Make the wrong selection
> Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference etc...

If you believe an item purchased from us is defective or faulty, you may have rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our liability is follow instruction of governed solely by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), this policy and any terms and conditions specified on our Websites. Please attached link to read legislation Australian consumer laws and regulations.
